Fitment
Extended-capacity variant of the OC51 for VW and Audi sludge service bulletin applications (1977–1997). Fits the same vehicles as OC51: VW Rabbit, Golf, Jetta, Dasher, Vanagon, Passat, and Audi 4000/A4 with 1.6L, 1.8L, and 1.9L L4 engines. The “OF” designation indicates the larger-capacity housing.
Important Notes
The OC51OF is the upgraded capacity version of the OC51. It holds slightly more oil, which is beneficial when performing a service under the VW sludge bulletin recommendations. If your vehicle originally came with OC51, OC51OF is a direct and preferred replacement for extended-interval services.
